Sold !! ~    Dena sold our house the day it went on the market and for over the asking price!

Purchased ~  Looking for our new house, was a bit difficult, I was out of the country and good homes were selling fast.   Dena took photos with her digital camera and made floppies for my partners, who emailed them and filled me in on the details of the actual viewing.  When we found the perfect house Dena got our offer accepted before the competition new what was happening, no muliple offers.   Everything went so fast and smooth we were done with everything and in our new house in about 35 days. - Dena did a great job!!!   We've referred others to her.  

Going through a Divorce.... 

      I was going through a divorce.   My ex-spouse had just purchased a house.  Dena helped me purchase my house when I didn't even think I could afford to buy.  I had worked with a couple of Realtors in the area, but none of them worked very hard at it, and financially everything was pretty iffy.  Dena sat me down and went over several ideas, & with her very creative lender I got a 4 bedroom home in Citrus Heights (a few miles out of her neighborhood).

     When I found my dream home, I  knew it would be sold immediately.   I called Dena. She called the selling broker got the details and prepared an offer and faxed it to me for signature, we were 1 of 3 offers and she got mine accepted!!.    In addition, Dena got the seller to reduce his price, and the lender suprised me by giving me a rebate back so I had $1,500.00 in my pocket after we closed.   Dena is caring, & supportive, knowledgeable, creative and did a great job.   I had such a great experience and she explained everything every step of the way. -- She's Great !   Me and my 2 kids are thrilled and thankful.
